Judy Sutherland, an expert at Home Staging, Interior Redesign & Curb Appeal, is the founder of  The Art of Staging (aka Stage3moves) She has re-branded the company to reflect her passion for showcasing local artists in her staging.Stage3Moves. She has earned graduate degrees in both Landscape Architecture and Related Arts, and has a passion for Environmental Design, as it relates to the landscape and home interiors. Judy is a Certified Staging Professional and also a Certified Senior Move Manager.

She is a member of the Southern California Chapter of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association), CSP (Certified Staging Professionals), DBA (Desert Business Assoc), PSRAR (Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors) and CDAR (California Desert Assoc. Of Realtors)

In her corporate career as a Campus Planner, Judy designed campus master plans and concepts for campus buildings. She was also an Occupancy Planning Director, who managed Fortune 500 Real Estate space portfolios. As a commercial interior designer, she created inviting office spaces and managed projects from construction through move-in, skills she brings to residential Staging in the greater Palm Springs area.

Judy became interested in Staging when she took a one-day, hands on Home Staging class at RSDI, Staged her home in Mystic CT, and promptly got an offer during the Broker open house.
